With the best of intentions, at times, people can become embroiled in disconnected behaviour that creates disfunction and anxiety for individuals and their peers. Where internal process is failing to bring resolve, it can be of significant benefit to bring in an external mediator to work towards a common, ecological outcome. Giving respect to each party and a clear process.

As your coach, my role is to guide you to hone in on the thoughts, behaviours and strategies that shape your current experiences. We then re-design those parts that are influencing limiting/negative outcomes into resourceful parts in achievement and wellbeing.
